For a theater visitor it is unusual to see what happens after, before and during a show and/or scene behind the curtains. I decided to take several weeks to document stage workers and the stage itself. A situation of a worker using a broom could have resembled a ballet dancer duo. The stage space is a fascinating place, which holds things that may not be immediately decipherable for the viewer. Comparable to a theater play, in which characters have a deeper meaning, which can only be understood if one knows their relation to the story or has seen or read the whole work.
